Donation and "This payment has been selected for review and we have opened an investigation"

Hello,

I'm from Vietnam and new to PayPal.

I have created a donation button and placed it on my website.

A member has used the button.

The payment is now being held and PayPal ask me to take an action, repond to them in Resolution Center.

PayPal inform me:

"This payment has been selected for review and we have opened an investigation.

This is a security measure meant to protect you from problem transactions.

We have placed a temporary hold on the funds until the investigation is complete.

Please provide some additional information about this transaction.

Response deadline: Aug 14, 2017"

I try to follow the flow of Resolution Center, Resolve Claim Now

I select "None of these apply to me" for "Please provide some additional information about this transaction.".

On the next page, PayPal ask me to fill in the Shipping address. But this is donation, I didn't sell anything and also didn't require shipping address from donators.

So I cannot do anything.

I have tried many times to contact PayPal via facebook, message center, phone call (outside US). Until now, I haven't received any response.

This really gets me out of my patience. The deadline is comming soon and I haven't got any response from PayPal.

Please help me as soon as possible.
