Canceling 4 Digit Code

I have accidentally verified my card and it had charged me 100 PhP and another 100 PhP for some reason.
I would like to know how to cancel this without going to the bank or anything.

I have confirmed my 4 digit code, but I have not received the two charges (200 PhP) back to my account.
