I sent money to my niece's email account. However, she changed her email name without telling me. I sent the money to her old email account. How do I get the money back?

What does it say on the transaction in your account ie sent, pending/unclaimed with or without a cancel option.

ok, then that means it has successfully transferred to the email address you sent it to which is linked to an open and active paypal account.
So tell her to log into that old account and claim the funds or contact customer services and see if they will help her access it.
