withdrwal declined

I received the money, and I tried to withdraw it but kept failed told me to try next time,


I called paypal, and they said the system automatically locked my account because to protect my account.

 

how can I solve it? because I already waited 24 hours, and they told me to withdraw it feb21, but I can't wait too long.

I am having the same issue for the last 7 days. First paypal CS rep told me it was because I changed my phone number and u had to wait for their system to verify my number. I waited 3 days, I went to attempt a instant transfer to my bank, and it said it failed try again next time. So I called PayPal, and they said it's because I did an instant tranfer and to do a standard transfer and I'll be good to go. We'll I tried a standard transfer and got the same error message. So I called again and got tossed around to 7 different reps, just in the end for then to tell me they removed the security restriction, and to wait 24 hours then the transfer will go through. Well low and behold I waited well over 24 hours and it still doesn't work. Nobody at paypal can figure it out or override anything and i still have NO access to my money.

Some suggestions...

 

Try another browser or device.

If using the web try the app or vice versa.

Sounds as if it may be a phone issue however so make sure the number you have added is on your paypal account as the primary number and download the app if you have not already got it on to your new phone?

I've tried it every way. Paypal website, paypal app and paypal business app. One time a rep even gave me a specific link while on the phone to try. My phone I'm using is the number that's registered to my account. I was able to make a withdrawal 7 days ago AFTER I changed my number. Every single time I have paypal for my business, it ends up being a problem. Money tied up, no answers. And for some reason I keep trying to give paypal another chance. Once I get this figured out and transfer my funds out of the account, I'm done with paypal for good. This has caused me to have to postpone a job for a customer, because I can't access my funds to purchase the necessary materials needed for the job.

I do appreciate the advice. I'm open to all suggestions. Maybe when customer service opens in a few hours I will go through the list of things to try again. Thank you
