Over the last four years, i used to withdraw my fund to Wise US account. Now, everytime i try, the money is sent and after 10 days, the transaction is reversed back to my paypal account. I tried to withdraw through cards, and it is declined.
The Paypal helpdesk and the wise help center seem to lack any clear explanation.
Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks). Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying. If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
