withdraw money

Hello, so basically i made a paypal account when i was a kid and made it as a US account (i don't live in the US), and when i made the account there was a 5 dollar gift from paypal from signing up so now i have 5 dollars in my account which i can't withdraw since i don't have a US bank account, is there any way around this? since i need to withdraw the money to be able to close the account and open one with the same email to where i actually reside

If you made a paypal account registered in a country you don't live in then you won't be able to withdraw those funds.

ok then how do i close my account? because whenever i try to it tells me to withdraw the money first, and can i instead withdraw the money to a credit or debit card? (also non US)

Nope unfortunately you can't do anything with another countries paypal account.
