why my money denied

why my transaction was denied i don't understand Status "Denied - Money Received" it was in US dollars and my account is active i have activated the code also, what gives ?

yes i have read it , but i didn't find a problem, as my account is active and my CC linked, if there is something i didn't get it  kindly tell me , English is not my native lang

Have you linked and confirmed a visa credit card?

Does the billing address of the card match your paypal account address?

Did you confirm the card after adding it?

Yes,my cc linked and activated and confirmedit thoughthe code they sent on my bank, my address I'm not sure if it's 100% like the same one on my credit card
