why cant i use friend and families to transfer?

when i decide to transfer to my friend, it only show "Good and Services" and not option for me to choose.

May be one of two reasons, firstly not all countries can send or receive friends/family payments. Secondly if your friend has a business account then again they would not be able to receive that type of payment.
