what shoud i do to give him the money

i made a transaction to a friend and he can t recieve the money because it says that i haven t authorized the transaction

What does it say on the transaction in your paypal account?

How did you send the funds ie goods/services or friends/family?

To me says that I have transaction the money successfully , but to him says that I have a unauthorized the transaction and it is a friendly and family transfer also i live in Greece and he lives in UK

If its saying SENT on your paypal account then it has successfully transferred to the email address that you have sent it to that is linked to an open and active account. In other words they have the funds. However did you send the funds in Euros or GBP and if he lives in the UK and you sent it in Euros then has he added Euros as a receiving currency to his UK paypal account?

I hope you were not paying for a purchase only if you were then it could be a scam if they told you to send using the friends/family option.
