Also i can't send to customer service, i don't find where to contact as only it shows report a problem for a transaction and i don't have problem with a transaction
This agreement is too old, and i had no problem sending money before.
when i send to a specific email account now, this message appear. although other contacts appears and if i choose anyone else, it goes to next page so i decide the amount of money. This message appear just when i try to send to specific email.
The agreement still applies the only difference is that a few more countries can now add a local bank account, rest is as stands and has been confirmed by paypal.
However if it does not help then contact customer services as you haven't given any information on the transaction type, funding sources / countries / currencies so hard to advise further?
