I just ordered a pair of shoes from Ryka. Paypal charged me twice with different amounts and different places. I got 2 notifications on my phone from my debit card to inform me. All i wanna know is when u order online and use paypal do you get a charge for what the item costs before shipping and then a notification that has the price after shipping costs are added?
