transfer to my $ account in Egypt

i have a us$ saving bank account in Egypt and I have us $ in my paypal account , why I can withdraw money to my bank . why you only impose to transfer money to Egyptian currency bank account and convert my earned us$ to Egyptian pounds?

Paypal does not support any virtual banks so to use a U.S bank account it would have to have been opened on U.S soil.

This option in most countries is because Paypal is a U.S company and allows their bank accounts to be added if they are living / working in another country. They also don't support the withdrawal option of USD currency accounts.

but I have a local real on ground USD bank account in my country and I want to receive in USD from the wallet but it doesn't allow this
