Hello,
I moved from UAE to Canada and do not have access to my bank account in UAE any more(closed it), I'd like to transfer my whole balance to my Canadian account, I contacted Canadian customer support and they told me to contact UAE customer support. it seems that UAE customer support is not going to help me at all. it has been more that a month that I contacting them but each time they say something new. last time they told me you to send email to [removed] but after more than 2 weeks they did not answer me yet. does anyone know if is this email even valid? or if UAE customer support continue to not helping my what can I do?

Ideally, PayPal accounts needed to be closed out too before you move, just like you do with bank account.
