transfer money from PayPal account without linking a card

hi, i hope you can give me some advice. I opened the PayPal account a while ago stating the current address in Switzerland, but i don't have the Swiss bank account or cards, so there are no cards linked to my account. And i received already some money to that PayPal account.

I have moved to Russia and have russian cards. So i understand i need to open a new PayPal account to link my russian cards, but the question is how do i transfer the money that is on my Swiss account to which i can't link any cards just because i don't have any of this country?

It looks like you have moved to a different country so you are unable to add Swiss bank/card to withdraw money. I recommend you to please visit www.paypal.com and click on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the page to get in touch with the team who can help you with this.
