Hello pay pal I am trying to transfer funds to my KSA bank but my account inly shows us account plz advise

Not sure you can add a local bank account in Saudi?

You may have to link and confirm a card instead.

However paypal does allow U.S expats etc to add their U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts as paypal is primarily a U.S company.

Yes I think in your country you can withdraw to a VISA card that is added and confirmed on your paypal account.
