On October 3rd, I withdrew €49.89 from my Paypal account to my Vietnamese bank account, called Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (VCB). It is said that the transaction is completed but as of October 17th, it has been more than 2 weeks so far, but I haven’t received the money to my bank account yet. And I also went to my bank to ask about this issue and they all said there was no problem, if there was a technical error during the remittance that caused the money to hang up, the bank clerk would called me but there was nothing wrong. I am very worried, afraid that the money is in someone else's account even though I am using the exact same bank account as when I set up Paypal. Is there any way for Paypal to trace where the money ended up or to get a refund and put it back into the account ? I'm really counting on this money !!!
