transaction dispute using Credit Card without paypal account

I have done payment using credit card without using paypal account, still the amount not received to seller. please provide the email id & contact number for sending the mentioned issue

Hello @santbiju,

I understand the concern with this matter. If you don't have a PayPal account and made a purchase using PayPal with a card, then it sounds like you used the Guest Checkout option.
