toloka: wallet won't work

i have this app and im trying to withdraw my earned money their but they saying that "The wallet won't work Your wallet is not verified in Paypal, so it can't be used to withdraw funds from Toloka." i think my account was already verified since i can receive payouts from other companies, hope someone can help

Hello. Add a card and verify the card, then remove the option to limit sending and receiving funds.
