this transaction couldn't be completed. please redirect your customer to paypal

purchased multiple times on this site www.filefather.com through paypal. First time yesterday when i needed the most to purchase, i get this error above. can assist me if its error of my credit card or paypal security?

Sounds as if its an issue with your customers Paypal account as they are telling you to direct them to Paypal !!
