I just got notice that an echeck cleared. I didn't think they existed anymore. I LIKE echecks as my vendors get to keep more $. How can it purposefully send an echeck?

Your vendors get charged the same regardless of the funding source that you use.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
