If you sent a payment to the wrong email address, you can reach out to that person and ask them to reverse the payment.
If you paid via 'Goods and services' you are able to dispute the payment. To do this, click on 'Report a problem' under the payment details in your 'Activity'.
If the payment was made via 'Friends and family' (Personal) then you will not be able to dispute the payment.
