Hello I've made a payment to Hetzner data center through paypal but after money transferred from my card Paypal set my payment status to pending until I confirm my personal information
No after Confirmed my identity I found that I have a reversal payment from hetzner to me but no money in paypal account or in my bank account

As the payment has been refunded, it usually takes up to 5 business days for the money to arrive back in your bank account. The refund will post as 'Completed' when the transfer has cleared.
