requested for a refund and didnt receive the rest of the money

Hello! I requested a refund back on february 5, i received 11.45 on my paypal balance, all good, but they also needed to send me the rest of the money to my debit card, which i didnt receive, i checked the refund status and it said "Refund to null, arrived early" i tried contacting support about this, but they didnt do nothing and i was confused, someone please help

If you funded / part funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that card.
Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
