i would like to ask something,how may days i have to refund someone if he opens a dispute,because from the
post office they told in order to be considered an item lost will passed over 3 months

A buyer has 180 days from the date of the transaction to open a dispute. If a dispute is opened, you will receive notifications letting you know your options and how long you have to respond. If the package was lost after being shipped out, generally the buyer will receive a refund, as they have not received their product.
