refund limited account

Hello, i recently got a refund after paying using paypal. However, my account got limited afterwards (which shouldn't restrict refund). Nonetheless, i still haven't received my refund yet... Anyone knows how to solve this issue? Thanks

Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I can understand how having your account limited must be. Normally, you'll see any account functionality changes in your Resolution Center. If the ability to receive a refund has not been inhibited, please review this article on How to contact PayPal Customer Service for further support.
