Hello, I can't receive money from anyone, please know that my account is working and I can send money successfully, but I can't receive money from anyone, please help me

Also have you added and confirmed a credit visa on your account + confirmed your paypal email address and added and confirmed a mobile phone registered in your name and in your country to your paypal account?

I have already added Visa and confirmed it and all my information has been confirmed, but I have a problem that I cannot receive payments from any company or person

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
