I received money from Rakuten in my PayPal account. I leave it in there so I can use it in the future but it looks like it disappear after awhile. Does anybody know what happened? It doesn't show up in my balance anymore. It mysteriously disappears.
Did you select auto transfer to your bank account when you received your first payment?
If so check your bank account in a few days.
If not then have you purchased anything recently? If you have go click on the transaction and see if paypal used your 'balance' to pay for the item instead of your usual funding source of a bank or card?
