Been trying for a few days to pay for my premium music and streaming services and PayPal has been giving me this error. I have no balance owing, I am verified and have my bank account attached. I have also had no issues in the past that have given me this error until now.

Thank you for contacting PayPal community!
I would like to suggest please try to make the payment by login from desktop or laptop browser and before that please clear the cache and cookies. If still you are facing issue then please try to add any new card or bank and then try to make the payment.
