"Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you"

I can log in and use my account normally. But today, when I shopped on the Apple website, I couldn't pay properly, I was always prompted with "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you", and even though I had logged in to PayPal properly, the Apple website couldn't access my PayPal account that was already online.

I am sorry to hear that you get an error message when shopping on the Apple website. I completely sense how disturbing it can be. I suggest you please clear your browser cache, and cookies and try again. If you are still facing the same issue, please contact our PayPal customer support, they will help you.
