"Denied - Transfer To Bank"

Hello! I am experiencing a problem for the first time after using paypal for a while. I was sent money and when I transferred to my bank, it gave me an error "Denied - Transfer To Bank." How can I resolve this issue? Thank you in advance!

Is the name on your bank account the same as the name on your paypal account?

Have you confirmed the bank account after adding it?
