Hello, I have a sum of money that I withdrew to my bank account 5 days ago. It hasn't appeared yet, although the transaction was verified by you 7 days ago and completed. After that, I waited for 5 days and it still hasn't shown in my bank account. The bank informed me that they haven't received any funds from you to my account. Is it possible to track the transaction for me?
