problem with monthly transaction

I have been trying to cancel a monthly automatic payment since last month. I enter the site, I go to the automatic payments, I find the specific subscription, I select cancel and it shows me " there is a problem with the system, try later".

The problem is that already 30/09 I paid a subscription that I do not use.

I have contacted with buyer by mail but I have not received any response. What can I do to cancel it?
