preauthorised for a purchase, money debited from card but doesnt show on the transaction

hello all, i was trying to buy a subscription from uworld and paid with my paypal linked debit card the payment was debited from the card but didnt get the subscription and there was a notification on the paypal account saying "On 19 April 2024, ₹ xx,xxx.xx INR was preauthorised for a purchase on your card xx-xxxx. If it isn’t completed or it’s completed for a different amount, any pending amounts will drop off, usually within a day." also the said debited amount, doesnt show up on the transaction dashboard and so the paypal assistant is useless,  what should i do how long will it take to get refunded, and if not refunded what is the procedure to get the money back, help me guys i'm freaking out

I too have the same problem, even after 4 days 125$ is not returned to my account. Even the notifaction disapeared today
