I sent money to someone's PayPal account. According to my activity report, the payment was completed. She denies that the money was received. How can I confirm if it was received or not?

Be careful as scammers tell you to send using friends/family and then pretend they have not received anything knowing you have 0 buyer protection for sending using that option.

Was it friends/family? Only completed means the payment has successfully transferred to the email address you sent it to that is linked to an open and active paypal account.

Thank you so much for your assistance Kudo. This was friends and family. This was a person that I had not talked to in a very long time. I sent the money to her, intending to send it to somebody else. Wasn't wearing my glasses. And looking at my activity, it says completed. Contacting her, she claims that she is not using her PayPal account. If it went to her email, and if she doesn't have that connected to a bank, is there anyway I can prove that the funds sent to her have not been claimed? Thanks so much for yours and then anyone else's help on this.. I'll wear my glasses from now on…

Who's kudos???

If its showing as completed then it has been claimed by the account you sent the funds to.

Is the email address you used still linked to her paypal account? If so then it would be in her paypal account.
