I sell medical grade skincare. A client in portygal just made payment and wants her order delivered to a UK address before this friday - I urgently want to send her order to the pharmacy so they can dispatch it so she receives it in time. However her payment is showing pending. Never had this happen before - help? why? I dont want to make such a large order without the funds being cleared - its not fair on me !
You would have 0 paypal seller protection for an item not received dispute if you sent to an address that was not the buyers paypal registered address.
Secondly is it pending as per the new seller hold as per below link OR an echeque with a clearance date OR has it been sent in a currency you have not yet added as a receiving currency on your paypal account?
