HI, I recently sold an item to a buyer over PayPal, he payed (with buyer protection) and I shipped the item. I added tracking info to PayPal and gave him tracking info too. I am aware that if you add tracking info, your funds will be released from pending 24 hours after the courier confirms delivery. Otherwise, you have to wait 21 days from when you received the payment.
The item arrived 2 days ago (he told me) , however Royal Mail isn't updating tracking, so Paypal has no way to be sure that it's been delivered. Is there any way the buyer can confirm on PayPal that he has received his item? Royal Mail said since the package has been delivered, they can't update any tracking info...
