pending balance

have the problem with receiving money. I`ve got an email that the payment in on hold and in in pending balance... I am waiting 10 days and I still don`t see the payment on my account. I`m using PayPal 6,7 year and this never happened to me before. what should I do?

If its not showing in your balance then double check the email address that they used to pay you and make sure there were no spelling errors.

Also make sure they sent it in the correct currency.

Lastly be careful of scams that send you fake paypal emails saying that you have been paid when you have not, they often go into your spam folder.
