If I have received a payment from my sender, I accept the payment, can the sender has right to cancel that same payment in between 1-2 days till it gets credit to my bank account???

It would make no difference if it was in your bank account, a buyer can't cancel but they can open a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described up to 180 days post payment.
So if they won the dispute you would have to refund, if you refused then paypal would put your balance into negative and limit your account until you paid them back, if you didn't they would pass the debt on to a collection agency to recover for them.
Advice is voluntary.
