payment on hold for longer

Hello Paypal, I am contacting regarding the status of payment on hold in my account for 24 hours that have passed but i cannot withdraw my funds to my mpesa since it's still on hold for 24 hours. Many of your clients are having this problem. Kindly make some necessary adjustments to my account and enable withdrawals to facilitate a successful withdrawal of my funds to my mpesa , thank you.

24 hours have passed after I receive the email about the hold but it's yet to be lifted.

It's so frustrating

make your emails more clear otherwise it is confusing

I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent payment hold. If you still have not received the transfer to your funding source, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for assistance.
