hi. i sent money to a friend and the payment shows up as a negative balance at their end? very confusing. it looks like they owe me money now

If the payment is showing as 'Completed' on your end, there is nothing else required from you. Simply, make sure that there are no open cases regarding this payment in your Resolution Centre. If not, ask the receiver to contact us, and we'll be happy to help!
