Has anyone noticed the payment holds with will be released faster if you use their services? I've been with PP for over a year with over 26 transactions and the bogus reasons they give me for the hold is bs because I've already completed all of them. Have you notice they will release the holds faster if you utilize more of their services, which is a form of extortion. Is this legal??
