payment dont received from the propeller, message show 9302

Hello Community, when propeller send payment in my PayPal account and then message show" Payment cant be processed due to the error 9302 on the PayPal side, please contact PayPal support." and the image shown as below and all the information on paypal account is correct. so, please community help and tell me what is the solution and how can i solve it and receive my payment in my paypal account. i hope you will help me in this situation.
