paying an invoice with prepaid visa

I'm in Canada, customer is in the US.

I issued 2 invoices that he's tring to pay with prepaid visa gift cards.

Doesn't have paypal, doesn't want paypal.

He cannot seem to make the payment using the debit/credit option.

Is this possible to do with gift cards?

I am happy to help you with your inquiry about guest check out with prepaid gift cards. Buyers can pay the invoice with a PayPal account using their debit or credit card. It is possible that the payment is not getting processed with a gift card as it is an international payment. Please ask the buyer to complete the payment with a different payment method.
