my gcash funds were deducted after i link it on paypal and got declined

what should i do guys? 

after i link my paypal account to a gcash master card then after i put all the info of the card and it got decline and paypal started to deduct some money from my gcash master card.

me too i just link my gcash master card to paypal and gcash saying I have paid 100 pesos to PP DUNNO why is like that

After paying 100 pesos does it accept your card and verify your paypal acc?
