PayPal needs a better provider for its mobile check service. In N Go is a terrible company with outrageous fees.
Just had a big problem with PayPal's mobile check deposit, which is run by a third party. I was all set, the deposit was accepted -- by the way, this is a check from an insurance company, it's not some shady personal check or anything. Everything was fine and I was even willing to pay the outrageous fee this company charges because I need the money and cannot get to my bank...Well. I did everything I was supposed to, including writing VOID on the check and sending a picture of it...only to be THEN told that the check was NOT accepted. OH THANKS YOU could have told me that BEFORE you asked me to VOID IT.
So, now I have a voided check that I can't cash or deposit anywhere else. To make matters worse, this is my workman's compensation check, so I REALLY need the money. It's Christmas. The time to get a new check from the insurer takes several days. I also chose mobile deposit because, HELLO, I'm home with a broken foot, which is why I can't run out to my bank AND ...again... REALLY NEED this money.
Learn from my mistake. Find another way to cash that check and avoid this ripoff provider. PayPal, do you have anything to say about the ripoff service you are providing your customers?

I appreciate that, but the problem is not a PayPal problem. It is an INGO Money problem. Look at all the complaints online and on here about that trash company and ask yourself, what is INGO doing with all that financial information it collects? It's not depositing checks, so what is it doing with financial information provided by trusting customers?. It's a scam and a trash company, and PayPal should be ashamed to be associated with it. So, it won't do me any good to contact PayPal. But I appreciate the effort.
