missing payment from activity page

The money were taken out of my bank account but the payment is not showing in my paypal account activity, the seller didn't receive the money

I appreciate how concerning this must be for you. 

 

Sometimes if you cannot see the payment on the Activity section of your PayPal account, this could mean that the payment was sent via a guest PayPal account. 

 

However, as you mentioned the seller has not received the payment, so it is possible this did not complete and your bank could be holding this payment as an 'authorisation'. 

 

Generally, bank authorisation drops off after 3-5 business days. I would recommend reaching out to your bank provider for some more information on this.
