Please Help . I have an American Paypal account, I did not know that like bank accounts, I made it only in order to withdraw money from the TikTok program. I admit my mistake when I placed the US state, but the goal was to buy iTunes and Google Play cards at a lower price, nothing else.. The biggest problem is that my account on Tiktok was hacked and the Paypal site was hacked. They told me to wait 180 days and we will return the money to Tiktok.. Is there a way to collect the money
