keeps going back to payment method each time i add a card

hello so uhhh  i pay with paypal friends n family  very fine but ever since yesterday and today it keeps me going back to please add new payment method any ideas?

Welcome to PayPal Community! I understand that you may be having issues transacting through PayPal. I know this can be concerning. If you do not have a back-up funding source established on your account, you may be asked to add another card or bank to complete the desired transaction.
