is it necessary to do kyc in order to receive my payments

i received an email from paypal stating that my transaction is received i just have to fill certain details in resolution centre . so what kinda details do i have to fill.

my balance in showing zero

and do i have to complete my kyc to receive payments?

No, unfortunately. Have to do KYC. All the info requested is required by local government. The money will probably be returned to sender after 30 days unclaimed.

Maybe try Western Union.
