international transfers

Hi, My friend from the US is trying to send me money through his business paypal account and I'm from the philippines. Since there is a fee for international transfers would I need to pay for the fee myself or would it just be deducted to the amount that my friend is going to send me?

Fees will be deducted from the receiver after he/she receives the money.
